Mayor and City Council

Seven members — the mayor and four council members — elected by the city. Every vote they cast in the published meeting is here, by name.

The City Manager's Office is not named here. Sources disagree about who currently holds the post and the city's own City Manager page names nobody, so rather than print a wrong name about a real person this page prints none.

Mission's commission is the mayor and four council members. Which member holds which place, and who serves as mayor pro-tem, is not shown here because this build could not verify it — and a seat number invented for a real person is the kind of small false detail that discredits everything around it.

Agendas, minutes and how each member voted

The city currently publishes its agendas as documents inside a viewer. On that page a screen reader meets ninety progress bars with no accessible name before it reaches the agenda. Published as text, a meeting becomes something a resident can read on a phone, in either language.
