Locally owned Las Almas Food Hall to open downtown

A downtown building brought back into use, with local operators rather than a chain.

A locally owned food hall, Las Almas, is preparing to open in downtown Edinburg, bringing several independent operators together under one roof in a restored building on the square.

The project is part of the city's continuing downtown work, which also includes the Arts, Culture & Events Center and the newly designated Edinburg Arts District a short walk away.

The city will announce opening hours and the list of vendors closer to the date.

What the city’s own front page shows for this
