- Roma ISD earns an “A” in the 2026 Texas School FIRST financial rating
A score of 98 out of 100 for Superior Achievement under the Texas Education Agency's School Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas.

- Roma ISD earns an A on the TEA 2025-2026 state accountability report card
An overall district grade of A with a score of 92. Seven campuses earned A's and two earned B's, with distinction designations in reading, mathematics, science, social studies, academic growth, postsecondary readiness and closing the gaps.

- Roma ISD earns a Texas Comptroller Transparency Star
A Transparency Star for Traditional Finances. The district says it is the only government entity in Starr County currently holding one.
