Count the separate systems a Roma ISD employee is currently sent to: an employee portal, a help desk, a time clock, PowerSchool employee records, a staff hub on Google Sites, and a jobs site on a sixth domain. The board renewed the time clock licence on 29 July 2026 as its own line item, which is how you can tell it is a separate contract.
