Agendas and minutes

Every posted meeting of every city body, back to 2019. The most recent are published as web pages in both languages; the rest link to the city's own PDF while they are being converted.

One meeting is published in full

The City Commission meeting of 28 July 2026 is here as text: every item, every motion, who moved it and who seconded it, and how each of the five members voted, by name — including a recusal with the affidavit behind it and a three-to-two split. The city's own PDF of that same meeting has no text on page one.

Why some of these are web pages and some are not

A meeting agenda is the one document that has to reach everybody. Of the fourteen most recent agendas the city published, ten carry no text at all — they are photographs of a printed page. A screen reader reads nothing from them, a search finds nothing in them, and they cannot be translated.

Agendas are being re-published as web pages in date order. Any meeting can be moved to the front of that queue on request, at no charge. Ask for one.
