One login for residents

One account for the whole city

Today, paying the water bill, paying a citation, pulling a permit and checking a pothole report means four accounts with four companies — and none of them can tell you that all four belong to the same household.

Why one login is the whole argument

  • You do not need an account to read anything. Agendas, ordinances, budgets, job postings and notices are public and stay public. A login is for your own business with the city, never a toll gate on public information.
  • One place to see what you owe. Water, court, permits and rentals on one screen, with the receipt attached to the thing it paid for.
  • Your reports follow you. The pothole you reported shows the same date the crew sees, and tells you when it closes. No reference number to lose.
  • Your data stays with the city. Not with a payment processor in another state that also sells analytics. You can export it or ask for it to be deleted, and the city can answer that request because it holds the record.
  • Spanish is not a second-class account. The whole account works in Spanish, including the receipts and the notices it sends you.
