Report a street, water or code problem
Potholes, water leaks, tall grass, junk vehicles, street lights, drainage.
How to do it
- Write down the address or the nearest cross streets.
- Call Public Works at (956) 487-0672 during business hours, or send the form on the contact page any time.
- For a water leak or a sewer backup after hours, call (956) 487-0672 and follow the emergency prompt.
- You will get a reference number. Keep it — it is how you check back.
This is handled by Public Works.

Call (956) 487-0672 and say what you need. If you need a document in large print, plain text or read aloud, or you need an interpreter, ask — it costs you nothing and you do not have to explain why.
