Speak at a City Commission meeting

Public comment is open at every regular meeting. Here is how to be heard.

How to do it

  1. Read the agenda first. It is posted at least 72 hours before the meeting.
  2. Sign up with the City Secretary before the meeting starts. There is a form at the door.
  3. You normally get three minutes. Say your name and the street you live on.
  4. If you need an interpreter or an accommodation, ask at least two business days ahead — the city arranges it at no cost to you.
