Copyright & DMCA Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026
Qué Hay respects intellectual property and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright, and how to respond if your material was removed.
Flyers are the primary content of this platform, and flyers frequently contain photographs, fonts, logos and artwork owned by other people. If you submit a flyer, you are representing that you have the right to have it displayed. If a rights holder objects, we take the material down while it is sorted out.
1. Reporting infringement
Send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following. An incomplete notice may not be actionable.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a direct link is best.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. What we do
On receipt of a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the person who submitted it, passing on your notice.
4. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district of your address, or if outside the United States, of any district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service from the person who complained.
We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
5. Misrepresentation
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages including costs and attorneys' fees.
6. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
7. Trademarks and other rights
To report trademark, right-of-publicity or privacy concerns, write to [email protected] with the same level of detail.
