Posting an event is free on every plan, including plans that have been cancelled. That is not a promotion — it is the only version of this that works.
Why free posting is not a promotion
Charging to post would cap the calendar at whoever is willing to pay, and a thin calendar is the one thing that kills an events product. Free posting is not generosity — it is the only version of this business that works.
So that the promise is worth something, here is what it actually commits us to:
- Posting an event is free on every plan, including plans that have been cancelled.
- If your paid plan lapses, your events stay published. You lose analytics and promotion, not your calendar.
- Parishes, houses of worship, schools and registered nonprofits get every paid feature at no cost, permanently, with no application to fill in.
- The Oficial badge for churches, cities and schools is free and is never for sale.
- We will never charge a fee to have an event appear in search or in the weekly message.
RV parks and resorts
Activity directors have their own plan at $99 a month, including season bulk upload and the branded printed weekly sheet. It is on its own page because an activity director should not have to compare herself to a DJ.
