What to include if you have no flyer

What it is, the date and start time, the venue name and address, whether it is free or the price, and a phone number or page where people can ask questions. That is enough.

If a detail is uncertain, say so rather than guessing. We would rather publish “time to be confirmed” than a time that turns out to be wrong.
