So the flyer is the form. Send us the one you already made and we do the rest. Posting is free and will stay free.
What you send us
A photo of the flyer, or the file, or a forwarded WhatsApp message. That is the whole ask.
If you do not have a flyer, tell us the details in a message and a person will enter it. We would rather type it ourselves than lose the event.
What we do with it
We pull out the date, time, venue, address, price, and who is playing. Anything the flyer does not say clearly goes to a person before it publishes — we never guess a date.
Your listing appears in English and Spanish. You write it once, in whichever language you think in.
The flyer itself is the image on the listing. It is not cropped into a grey card, because the flyer is half the reason people stop and look.
What it costs
Nothing, permanently. Parishes, schools and nonprofits get every feature free forever. Paid plans exist for analytics and promotion, never for posting.
Charging to post would cap the calendar at whoever is willing to pay — which is the fastest way to kill an events product. We are not going to do that.
