On the hospital's own site, every one of these department pages is in English only. Spanish appears in exactly four places across the entire site: one navigation label, the state-mandated human trafficking sign, the Spanish advance-directive forms, and a single sentence saying that nutrition counseling is offered in English and Spanish.

En el sitio del propio hospital, cada una de estas páginas de departamento está únicamente en inglés. That does not mean the hospital fails Spanish-speaking patients — the care at the bedside is plainly bilingual, and the hospital commits to interpreters on request. It means the written layer is English-first while the spoken layer is bilingual, so the translation is done live by staff, one patient at a time, exactly where staff time is scarcest.
